Motivation

Well, you know how life can get pretty hectic sometimes, right? I hit a rough patch. I was feeling all sorts of off: mood swings, getting sick all the time, and even picking silly fights with my wife over trivial stuff. It was like I was running on empty.

It all boiled down to work stress. I was pulling crazy hours, neglecting my health, and not giving myself any downtime. Bless my wife though, she tried everything to get me out of that funk – suggesting books, walks in the park, going out for dinner, you name it. But I just couldn't shake it.

Then came this game-changer: we planned this epic (long dreamed) trip to Japan. My wife, being the amazing photographer she is, decided to get us a new camera and teach me the ropes. It was a whole new world for me, and it got me out of my work bubble.

Once we hit Japan, I made a conscious effort to disconnect from work. I mean, it wasn't easy at first – I kept worrying about everything blowing up back home. But you know what? The world didn't end. .

While I was there, I started embracing the moment, eating healthier, walking more, waking up earlier and better, even while hopping from one town to another and man, did it feel good. I noticed my mood was lifting, and I was feeling more balanced.

When we got back, I was on fire. I felt alive again. So, I started setting little goals for myself – like going for a run, cutting back on caffeine in the evenings, and getting back into baking (which I adore).

That's when it hit me: why not turn all this into an app? So, fueled by my own journey, I decided to create a life tracker app to keep me on this chilled-out path.
